Teaching methods and way of working
The use of a variety of teaching methods guarantees inspiring and lively trainings. Intercultural Relations uses an ideal combination of knowledge transfer and interactive learning.
The follwoing methods are applied:
- (incentive) presentations and case studies,
- discussions, simulations and role plays.
In this way cultural difference can be experienced emotionally during a training and thus becomes learnable. Learning by doing is important. If possible, we use specific examples that are often being put forward by the participants.
Cosima Meyer`s way of working is authentic and empathetic allowing for gentle provocation. She combines straightforward professionalism and strategic thinking with unconventional ideas - thus creating a productive yet relaxed training atmosphere allowing for effective learning.
