For whom?

Intercultural training and coaching is important for companies and organizations whose employees work and/or live in a culturally diverse context. Similarly, this applies to employees of public institutions and universities:

  • managers,
  • prospective executives,
  • expatriates and impatriates,
  • students,
  • families.

In short: the target group are people living and working abroad or in a multicultural environment or people returning to their home country.

In my mind the integration of family members is very important. Often, the partner - if not working in the new country as well - is not integrated into a social network automatically and might face lots of problems. Also, children and teenagers are challenged by having to move overseas in an phase of live that is already demanding in itself. In such a situation, a special training or an individual coaching can be of great help.
